Office Personnel

Office Location: Orrville, Massillon

Job Summary: Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling service technicians, expected to learn a basic knowledge of products, maintaining inventory, submitting purchase orders, typing work orders, invoicing, basic sales, opening/closing office, maintaining neat workplace

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to the fullest daily. Individuals should be able to multi-task, have previous customer service experience and be organized. Training will be administered. Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook a plus.

Sales Representative

Office Location: Orrville, Massillon

Job Summary: Responsibilities include understanding both commercial and residential doors and openers. You will be expected to answer any questions the customer has as well as state the facts, characteristics, and options associated with each door.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty to the fullest daily. Blueprint reading is a plus, should be self-motivated, and must work well with any customer.

Commercial & Residential Installers

Location: Ashland, Orrville, or Massillon

Job Summary: The right people should be team players that can work independently and understrand customer service. A typical work schedule would be daytime Monday-Friday, but our commitment to our customers can require us to work outside these hours, including emergency service. A typical workday may involve the following: diagnosing problems and repairing doors/openers, installing new garage doors/openers, welding, aerial work up to 40 feet, electrical, framing, equipment operation, heavy lifting, measuring, and completing paperwork for each job.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty to the fullest daily. Candidates should have good customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to learn. Garage door/opener knowledge is helpful, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a drug test and background check.
